Alton Baker Bridge

Today is mine and my Husbands 2 year anniversary! It’s been a very hard year for us both, we have never done well being apart from each other, but with God, we have other come a lot of hardships. He is coming home August 26th 😀 Just 27 more days!!! I can’t believe it’s so soon, I just need they next couple of weeks to go by VERY quickly lol! This quote is for you William, I love you 🙂

Doubt thou the stars are fire,

Doubt that the sun doth move,

Doubt truth to be a liar,

But never doubt I love.”

– Hamlet

While my mom were at that Art and Wine Festival, we walked to the park on the other side of it called Alton Baker Park. My favorite part of the park was the really cool bridge that went over the river. Kind of a short blog today, but these are my first successful bridge photos so that made me happy haha!

  1. One of my favorite poems seems to fit you right now (It’s my e. e.cummings). After you read it, tell me what you think:

i carry your heart with me(i carry it in
my heart)i am never without it(anywhere
i go you go,my dear; and whatever is done
by only me is your doing,my darling)

i fear no fate(for you are my fate,my sweet)i want
no world(for beautiful you are my world,my true)
and it’s you are whatever a moon has always meant
and whatever a sun will always sing is you

here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that’s keeping the stars apart

i carry your heart(i carry it in my heart)

    – e. e. cummings ~

    1. Awwww Mona! You made me all teary eyed! I love this so much, I will have my husband read it and he will just love it. It’s so well matched for us and I was just so overwhelmed with how perfect it is. Thank you so much Mona 😀
